Anyone who meets the qualification for applying may do so at any time. Once we have applicants, we will review the applications and make a decision.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
A child 21 years of age or under with a life-threatening medical illness who lives in Vermont or New Hampshire and is currently undergoing treatments or who has received treatments in the last calendar year.

WHO CAN REFER A CHILD?
Potential recipients, medical professionals, parents, legal guardians, family members, and friends with detailed knowledge of the child's current medical condition.
